I would like to change a received Burqini ?
No problem. If you are not completely satisfied with the Burqini that you received, please return the Burqini, neatly folded, to Woortman Sportswear, Hoge Akkers 6, NL-7961 AA  RUINERWOLD. (Please note: the costs of returning the Burqini will be on your account).

What does a protection factor 50 mean?
The Burqini, a protection factor 50. This means that 97.5% of the harmful ultraviolet radiation is blocked in and out of the water.

How can I best wash a Burqini ?
For maintaining the quality of the matter: after using the Burqini wash it in clean water. Do not fold up the Burqini when wet. Washing on the hand in lukewarm / hot water with a detergent. No bleaching or soaking. No spinning. Do not put in the dryer. Dry the Burqini in the shade. No ironing, no chemically cleaning. Avoid fats, oils and sunscreen on the substance. Avoid rough surfaces, it damage the substance. Using the clothing in sauna or spa is not recommended. Keep away from open fire.

What do I pay for shipping?
The shipping costs are 7,50 euros.

How can I pay the Burqini?
If you do not live in the Netherlands we have to ask you to pay your Burqini in advance. Our bankaccount is: Rabobank 14.08.16.879, IBAN NL44 RABO 0140 8168 79, BIC RABONL2U.

Can I use my Burqini in a swimming pool?
Yes, because you wear swimwear and the Burqini is also chlorine-resistant.

Hoeveel dagen duurt het voordat ik mijn bestelling ontvang en wat zijn de verzendkosten?

Je hebt je bestelling binnen 3 werkdagen in huis, mits je bestelling op voorraad is. Is je bestelling niet op voorraad, dan neemt Woortman Sportswear contact met je op.

De verzendkosten bedragen binnen Nederland € 7,50.

Je hebt het pakje binnen 3-6 werkdagen in huis.De verzendkosten binnen Europa bedragen € 14,50.

Je hebt het pakje binnen 5-9 werkdagen in huis. De verzendkosten buiten Europa bedragen € 19,50.

Welke betaalmogelijkheden heb ik?

Je kunt betalen via een eenmalige incasso of op rekening. Volg de betalingsinstructies op bij de bestelling.

Ik woon in het buitenland, welke betaalmogelijkheden heb ik?

Hoe wordt mijn bestelling thuis geleverd?

Je bestelling wordt thuis aangeboden. Indien je niet thuis bent, wordt je bestelling nog een keer aangeboden. Ben je dan weer niet thuis, dan kun je het pakket ophalen bij het postkantoor.

Hoe kan ik de Burkini ruilen?
!

Geen enkel probleem. Woortman Sportswear hanteert het volgende ruilprotocol:

  • De Burkini dient gepast te worden zonder make-up in verband met de Hijood (hoofddoek).
  • De Burkini dient gepast te worden met ondergoed.
  • De kaartjes mogen niet verwijderd worden.
  • Keurig opvouwen en in de originele verpakking terugdoen.
  • Graag de retourkaart invullen met uw wensen en/of opmerkingen.
  • Terugsturen in de doos waarin de Burkini ontvangen is.
  • Het pakketje dient u zelf af te geven op het postkantoor.
  • De retourkosten zijn voor eigen rekening. Dit omdat Woorman Sportswear op deze manier scherpe prijzen kan hanteren.
  • U heeft 12 dagen de tijd om de Boerkini terug te sturen.

Hoe weet ik of mijn bestelling goed is overgekomen?

Als je op woortmansportswear.com een bestelling plaatst en je hebt je e-mail adres doorgegeven, dan ontvang je direct een orderbevestiging.

Kan ik de bestelling annuleren?
